- Defining and driving the company’s strategy aligns with its long-term vision and short-term objectives.

- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Insurance Sector.
- Experience in managing large team with a focus on business expansion and entering new markets.
- Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of company operations and financial management.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and organisational management.
- Strong Insurance financial acumen with a proven ability to drive profitability.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance practices in India.
Broker Qualified Person (BQP)

The BQP is responsible for ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations while also facilitating business development through training, support, and effective client servicing. This role bridges the gap between compliance requirements and business goals, making it critical for the company’s operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal policies related to insurance distribution and broking.
- Act as a certified representative of the broking firm for selling both life and general insurance products.
- Assist and support the recruitment, training, and licensing of Point of Sales Persons (PoSPs) and agents.
- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams and partners.
- Help structure insurance solutions for clients based on their needs (both individual and corporate).
- Participate in business development initiatives, including lead generation, partner onboarding, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim support.
- Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market practices.
- Prepare periodic reports related to business performance, compliance, and PoSP activities.
- Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and grievances as per the regulatory framework.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (mandatory); IRDAI certification as a BQP (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in insurance sales, broking, or related field. Exposure to both life and general insurance is preferred.
- Certification: Must have completed BQP training and certification approved by IRDAI.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and distribution models.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ethics and understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Ability to train and manage a distributed sales network.
