- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Lead, manage, and expand the sales and operations teams.
- Drive business development and forge strategic partnerships to grow market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with insurers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence, integrity, and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in insurance broking, general/life/health insurance, or financial services, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex business situations.
